Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources department, assisting department managers with all aspects of personnel matters, processing facility payroll, pre-screening and on-boarding all facility new hires and maintaining positive employee engagement. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:As a minimum, an associate's degree in Human Resources or similar field and five (5) years of experience in a H.R. role in a healthcare setting. Two (2) years of prior Human Resources Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred. We are an equal opportunity employer.
