Your leadership will power Maximus' growth by creating compelling, differentiated offerings that maximize business and mission impacts.This position is remote.  Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead capability strategy and lifecycle management for high-priority enterprise initiativesLead product lifecycle management across multiple domains and capability sets, conduct market research and analysis, and leverage customer feedback for gap analysisDefine win themes and differentiators for competitive market positioningIncorporate capabilities from Maximus Accelerators and Mission Threads into reusable offeringsDrive innovation through emerging technologies and industry best practicesConduct competitive analysis and develop strategies to address market trendsDesign scalable, extensible products leveraging cutting-edge technologiesLead RFI, RFP, and RFQ response development including whitepaper creation for product solutionsDevelop estimation models and product pricing strategiesCollaborate with capture managers to shape product opportunities pre-RFPMentor junior product managers and provide guidance across teamsEnsure products meet compliance requirements and align with customer needs Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree and 10-12 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:10+ years of technical IT or product management experience including product developmentAbility to obtain and maintain required security clearancesUS Citizenship required for program requirementsDeep understanding of government IT landscape, product lifecycle, agile development, and compliance requirementsExperience with estimation techniques and competitive product developmentExpertise in one or more technology domains (cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, etc.)Knowledge of security standards, compliance frameworks, and risk managementExperience with government proposal processes and competitive analysisStrong written and verbal communication skills with executive presentation experienceAbility to articulate complex business and technical concepts to diverse audiencesExperience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staffProven ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new products and practicesKnowledge of product lifecycle management, market research, and customer feedback analysisExperience with product roadmap development, go-to-market strategies, and competitive positioningAbility to thrive in flexible, fast-paced environments across multiple time zones#techjobs #verteransPage
