Overview The Aurora Program Manager has a reporting line within Consilio’s Transformation Office department. They will report to the Aurora Program Director and liaise with the working team on the Transformation Initiative for Aurora regularly. The PM is responsible for high-level management, tracking, and execution of day-to-day project tasks. This role will be primarily responsible for leading day-to-day delivery of Consilio’s product suite as they come to market, driving results and communicating effectively with all levels of the organization. The PM will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and contributors in Development, Product, Marketing, Sales and Client Services; and report on progress to varying levels of leadership. Responsibilities Creates and maintains project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirementsCommunicates appropriately, clearly, and effectively with project team, implementation partner(s), internal operations, and executive leadershipUnderstands internal service level commitments and turnaround times and sets expectations appropriatelyMakes informed decisions on how to set expectations through collaboration with internal project teams and understands constraints and risksServes as the PM on more than one project at a timeExercises sound judgment and escalates issues appropriatelyContributes to, understands, and executes Transformation Office best practicesCreates and maintains a positive and productive work culture among the Transformation and other internal teamsDevelops understanding of and skills for managing the product GTM process and evangelizes it in the organizationStrives to continuously develop technical knowledge of the product suiteUnderstands and promotes communication between stakeholders in order to execute effectively internally and externallyDevelops understanding of workflows, processes, and best practices related to ELT reporting and insightsComplies with department policies and works within parameters of role.
