Location: Euclid - 22801  Employment Status: Salary Full-Time  Function: Marketing  Pay Range: ($181,780.00 - $245,938.00) Target Bonus: 25.0% Req ID: 27739  ​ ​ Purpose The Director, Global Marketing Communications, is responsible for developing and executing a unified communications strategy that enhances brand visibility, supports commercial growth, and enhances customer engagement. This role oversees all external-facing communications, including brand messaging, digital marketing, media relations, and product communications, ensuring consistency across global markets.Duties and Responsibilities Global Communications Strategy: Develop and implement a unified marketing communications strategy aligned with global business objectives. Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all regions, platforms, and customer segments. Brand & Content Leadership: Oversee global brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and visual identity standards. Develop and execute the brand integration plan for acquisitions. Lead the creation of high-impact content for product launches, campaigns, events, and thought leadership. Digital Marketing & Media Relations: Manage global digital marketing initiatives, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing. Build and maintain relationships with trade publications and PR agencies. Product & Customer Communications: Collaborate with product management and sales to develop go-to-market messaging and customer-facing materials. Support the development of case studies, white papers, and technical content tailored to industrial audiences. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a global team of marketing communications professionals. Partner with regional marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred. 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in a global marketing communications leadership role. Experience in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred. Proven success in brand management, digital marketing, and global campaign execution. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills. Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams and external research vendors. Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
