Time Type: Full Time Under the supervision of the Cash Supervisor, the Cash Application Specialist will work in a Shared Service Center. Responsibilities include the support of our International Shared Service Center in Poland and Collections Team from a cash application perspective, posting select payments and reporting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Review wire transfer and lockbox postings performed by the Cash Team in Poland. • Manual check scanning.• Downloading and management of bank files.• Preparation and analysis of cash reports. • Posting of wire transfers and checks, as needed.• Preparation of Inter Company wire transfers.• Communicate with Collection Team and Management regarding payment discrepancies.• Special projects as directed by Cash Supervisor.• Performs other related duties as required. SKILLS • Two (2) years of experience in cash applications. • Experience with SAP highly preferred. • Must demonstrate advanced Excel skills, particularly V-Lookup/Pivots/Formulas.• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at on time.• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong oral and written communication skills.• Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels of management and be professional in appearance and manner.• Required to interact professionally with customers and internal departments at all times. For this position, the expected base pay is: $22.50 - $30.50 / Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
