The Entry Level Account Manager maintains the daily operations of the customer service and sales team. This position develops, implements and maintains processes, procedures, and programs to improve customer service and is responsible for promoting company standards and engaging employees to drive customer loyalty and customer engagement through customer service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Identify and generate new sales opportunities through relationship buildingParticipate in on-going product training coursesWork with your manager to ensure alignment with company goalsReview sales activities and prospective customers with managementExecute day to day sales, marketing, and campaign managementManage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance, return on investment, and identifying an opportunity to expandOwn all problem solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, and key implementationsBuild client relationships through service excellence and balance their campaign needs with your proactive approachThis is an entry-level position that we will train into a management position if successful.JOB REQUIREMENTS | Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:0 to 2 years of Customer Service experienceAbility to cross-train and develop team membersAbility to perform Account RetentionExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to multi-task and to react well under pressure and treat others with respectFocuses on solving conflicts and actively listening to othersWork efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.Balances team and individual responsibilities and helps build a positive team spirit.Adapts and able to deal with frequent changes in the work environmentAble to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to service requests to meet customer commitments.
