This individual will foster collaborative relationships with customer leadership in order to drive customer intimacy and strategic partnerships. RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve net sales, trade spend and profit targets while delivering strong consumption and dollar share growth Provide people development & leadership via coaching and mentoring, PMD process and IDP Leads strategic customer planning and the customer intimacy agenda for wholesale and regional grocery customers Translates national sales strategies into customer centric plans, including innovation, merchandising programs, digital strategies, and an insights agenda   Establish a strong team dynamic by attracting, retaining and developing sales professionals while enabling collaboration with the broader cross functional team Establishes an effective partnership with our broker, Advantage Solutions Sales and Marketing and Sell Ethics to deliver against internal and customer objectives Influence cross functional partners to mobilize resources against customer and/or competitive driven needs/ initiatives REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field 10+ years experience in Sales/Broker management, Customer Marketing and/or Trade Marketing Leadership Experience. Food experience preferred. Demonstrated success in management and development of professional staff Courage to address challenges (business, customer & people) in a positive & productive manner In-depth knowledge of industry & competitors.
