Contact Center Technology is a leading provider of contact center infrastructure, cloud transformation services, business process optimization, and CCaaS solutions. We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Director of MSP Sales to lead and expand our Managed Services Provider (MSP) sales initiatives. This leader will be responsible for driving growth in IT Managed Services, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding adoption of NICE CXone and other cloud-based customer experience solutions. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales executive who understands IT managed services, cloud migration, contact center platforms, and recurring revenue models. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop, execute, and refine the sales strategy for IT Managed Services and NICE CXone offerings. Own end-to-end revenue growth for the MSP business unit, including forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing MSP sales team as business needs expand. Business Development Identify, prospect, and close new MSP opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments. Strengthen and expand Contact Center Technology’s presence in the contact center and IT managed services marketplace. Drive partner alignment and co‑selling engagements with NICE and other strategic technology partners. Account Management & Customer Success Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long‑term satisfaction and renewal of managed service contracts. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and a high‑quality customer experience. Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, resolving escalations and ensuring overall customer success. Solution Expertise Maintain strong expertise in Managed IT Services (monitoring, patching, security, help desk, cloud operations). Contact center technologies and infrastructure. NICE CXone suite, including ACD, WFM, IVR, Analytics, and AI tools. Deliver compelling demos, presentations, and value propositions. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns, collateral, and events. Partner with Product and Operations teams to refine service offerings and pricing models. Provide customer insights and market feedback to support product innovation and service enhancements. Requirements Required 7+ years of experience in IT Managed Services sales, contact center solutions sales, or SaaS enterprise sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high‑growth environment. 5M in new business year one. Experience selling or working with NICE CXone or similar CCaaS platforms. Deep understanding of managed services delivery models and recurring revenue structures. Strong executive presence, communication skills, and relationship‑building capabilities. Preferred Leadership experience building or managing a sales team. Experience in cloud transformation, cybersecurity services, or IT operations. Existing relationships within the contact center technology ecosystem. Key Competencies Strategic and analytical thinker. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
