Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Architect with strong development experience to lead and contribute to our ServiceNow development efforts. As a key member of our global ServiceNow team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and solutions to meet our business needs. Responsibilities: Development Leadership: Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and provide technical guidance and mentoring to ensure high-quality development practices. ServiceNow Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows. Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems, leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities and industry best practices. Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet specific business needs while adhering to best practices and maintaining system stability. Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to automate and enhance ServiceNow functionality. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues, bottlenecks, and ensure the platform runs efficiently. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and development work. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements. Best Practices: Stay up to date with ServiceNow industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (8+ years) in ServiceNow development, including custom application development, scripting, and integrations. Basic project planning skills including sprint / development and resource management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead a development team. Experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. ServiceNow certification(s) preferred. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
