Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems, leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities and industry best practices. Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet specific business needs while adhering to best practices and maintaining system stability. Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to automate and enhance ServiceNow functionality. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues, bottlenecks, and ensure the platform runs efficiently.
