Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and accounted for nearly $38 billion in revenue through a network of more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories.  Responsibilities Responsibilities include:Customer & Group SupportAct as the primary contact for assigned Groups, providing expertise in car sales processing, accounting, and complianceDeliver high-quality service to internal and external customersCommunicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to GroupsLead group calls to review reporting and performance metricsOperational OversightMonitor daily reporting to ensure timely completion and funding of car sales transactionsAssist with processing transactions throughout the monthResolve issues related to funding, data entry, and collectionsHandle branch-specific requests such as auditing files, managing returned vehicles, and scanning documentsCollaboration & Relationship ManagementPartner with Groups and Shared Services to identify trends and resolve problemsBuild and maintain strong relationships with teams and vendorsParticipate in meetings to share insights and improve customer experienceIn addition to these job functions, candidates will also need to display proficiency in the following Competencies:ExecutingWorking With a TeamCustomer ServiceDetail-OrientedAnalyzingCommunicationFlexibilityEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Minimum:High School Diploma/GED RequiredTwo (2) years or more years of customer service experienceMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futurePreferred:Two (2) years of administrative support experience
