Join our team as a Car Sales Coordinator and become the go-to partner for our car sales operations.What You'll Do:Serve as the main contact for sales staff and local admin officesEnsure car sales files are processed accurately and on timeLiaise with lenders and product vendors to support dealership operationsAnswer funding-related questions and provide expert guidanceParticipate in strategy meetings to improve processes and customer experienceWhat We're Looking For:Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to build relationships across teams and with external partnersA proactive mindset and attention to detailThis role is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.What You'll Get With This Position:A full-time position with a competitive starting salary of $39,700 (19.09/hr)A flexible, hybrid schedule working Monday through FridayA career path with advancement and growth opportunities14 days paid time off within your first year with us + 6 paid holidaysFull benefits, 401K, profit sharing and great discountsResponsibilities Include:Customer & Group SupportAct as the primary contact for assigned Groups, providing expertise in car sales processing, accounting, and complianceDeliver high-quality service to internal and external customersCommunicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to GroupsLead group calls to review reporting and performance metricsOperational OversightMonitor daily reporting to ensure timely completion and funding of car sales transactionsAssist with processing transactions throughout the monthResolve issues related to funding, data entry, and collectionsHandle branch-specific requests such as auditing files, managing returned vehicles, and scanning documentsCollaboration & Relationship ManagementPartner with Groups and Shared Services to identify trends and resolve problemsBuild and maintain strong relationships with teams and vendorsParticipate in meetings to share insights and improve customer experienceIn addition to these job functions, candidates will also need to display proficiency in the following Competencies:ExecutingWorking With a TeamCustomer ServiceDetail-OrientedAnalyzingCommunicationFlexibilityEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransMinimum:High School Diploma/GED RequiredTwo (2) years or more years of customer service experienceMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futurePreferred:Two (2) years of administrative support experience
