This role is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Customer & Group Support
- Act as the primary contact for assigned Groups, providing expertise in car sales processing, accounting, and compliance
- Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers
- Communicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to Groups
- Lead group calls to review reporting and performance metrics
Operational Oversight
- Monitor daily reporting to ensure timely completion and funding of car sales transactions
- Assist with processing transactions throughout the month
- Resolve issues related to funding, data entry, and collections
- Handle branch-specific requests such as auditing files, managing returned vehicles, and scanning documents
Collaboration & Relationship Management
- Partner with Groups and Shared Services to identify trends and resolve problems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teams and vendors
- Participate in meetings to share insights and improve customer experience

Qualifications
Minimum:
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Two (2) years or more years of customer service experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
- Two (2) years of administrative support experience
