Full-Time | DaysAnnual Compensation: $116,251 – $174,366 (DOE)Annual Performance Bonus: ~17.5%Relocation: Case-by-caseSign-On Bonus: Case-by-caseOverviewA large, high-volume hospital system in Houston is seeking an experienced Administrative Director of Emergency Services to lead operations across the main Emergency Department and multiple Freestanding Emergency Departments (FSEDs).With 80,000+ annual systemwide visits, this role offers the opportunity to influence clinical excellence, patient flow, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic growth.
