As a Account Executive SMB - Business Sales - Baltimore , you will be part of a dynamic sales team focused on driving growth through door-to-door sales to small businesses in the telecommunication sector. Building strong relationships will be critical in achieving sales targets and expanding market share. We are looking for an experienced sales agent with a proven track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, as well as the ability to quickly adapt and deliver under pressure in dynamic environments. You are passionate and motivated to drive sales into small businesses through exceptional consultative sales techniques, working from a list of potential customers in each territory to promote our client's technology products, including Fiber Optic Internet Service, 5G/4G Internet Services, and Business and Cellphone Services. Offering cross-country sales consultation expertise and solutions, Premium's award-winning team has partnered with America's leading telecommunications company providing business internet, mobility, phone, and other services, to bring innovation and custom solutions to businesses in key regions across the nation. This position is based out of the Maryland/DC/Virginia area. Set ambitious sales targets for yourself. Visit small business customers in person to prospect for our client's technology products and services. Identify the specific needs of companies and offer tailor-made solutions while providing impeccable customer service. Use our client's proprietary system to assist with territory and funnel management. Demonstrate optimism, integrity, and professionalism to represent our client. Analyze market trends and goals within set timelines. Establish and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers in small business accounts. Manage negotiations of sales contracts. Drive new product adoption and upselling opportunities. Provide exceptional consultative sales techniques to drive sales into small businesses. Work from a list of potential customers in each territory to promote our client's technology products, including Fiber Optic Internet Service, 5G/4G Internet Services, and Business and Cellphone Services. Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture. Work closely with other sales agents, marketing teams, and senior management to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. How will you succeed? Have an entrepreneurial mentality, persistent, and motivated to achieve targets. Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Have strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Experience and Qualifications College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record in door-to-door sales within the telecom industry. Minimum one year of B2B experience in direct sales. Proven track record and experience in consultative sales to small businesses. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
