You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to: To inform and enroll new guests in our "Lifestyle Program" Provide excellent customer service to members/guests A fast learner, with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast pace environment Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival and communicate sales promotions and service options with clients Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Positive, energetic attitude A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision Capability to work flexible hours including some nights, weekends and some holidays What’s in it for you? $12-$14 Hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses (depending on experience) Flexible schedules: Part Time Professional and safe work environment Employee discounts Employee rewards program/employee referral bonus Sales Incentives Opportunities for growth Job Requirements: Customer service experience, commissioned sales experience a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
