At ABC Supply, we have YOUR future covered.ABC Supply is looking for an NSC A/R Payment Intake Specialist to join their Beloit team. **No collections responsibilities come with this position**Job Duties:Ensure timely and accurate application of customer account paymentsCommunicate effectively with customers, branches, and other internal departments in order to resolve various issuesPost payments to customers accountsPrepare and process various journal entries in accordance with company policy and procedureDevelop and maintain positive relationships with customers and branchesProvide “World Class Customer Service” to customers, branches and other internal departmentsIdentify and escalate repetitive branch and customer issuesAging reviewEssential Qualifications:Solid understanding of accounts receivable and general accounting principles2 or more years of accounts receivable experience preferredDetail oriented with a focus on accuracyAbility to multi-task and work in a high volume, fast paced environmentAble to successfully work independently or as part of a teamStrong problem resolution and decision-making skillsEffective organizational skillsSelf-motivatedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in ExcelPrevious AS400 experience a plusBenefits may include:Health, dental, and vision coverage - eligible after 60 days, low out of pocket401(k) with generous company match - eligible after 60 days, immediately vestedEmployer paid employee assistance programEmployer paid short term and long-term disabilityEmployer paid life insuranceFlex spendingPaid vacationPaid sick daysPaid holidays
