ABC Supply is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist, specializing in National Accounts Intake, to join the team located in Beloit, WI.Summary:This role entails the timely and precise processing of incoming payments for the designated portfolio. The individual will generate and oversee remittance files using Excel. They will recognize discrepancies and record any disputes, while posting variances to accounts in alignment with departmental procedures.Job Responsibilities:Preparing payment remittance for a variety of payment methods including physical check and ACH/wire paymentsComparing payment remit to account aging using prepared excel macrosResearching and noting payment discrepanciesPosting payment to customer accountsEnsuring timely and accurate application of customer account paymentsAssisting with reporting and account reconciliationOther duties as assignedEssential Qualifications:Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable and general accounting principlesMinimum of two years' of Accounts Receivable experience preferredPrevious AS400 or Agility experience a plusAbility to multi-task and exercise a high degree of accuracyAble to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem solving and organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeBenefits May Include:Health, dental, and vision coverage - eligible after 60 days, low out of pocket401(k) with generous company match - eligible after 60 days, immediately vestedEmployer paid employee assistance programEmployer paid short term and long term disabilityEmployer paid life insuranceFlex spendingPaid vacationPaid sick daysPaid holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer / Drug Free WorkplaceABC Supply values diversity and we actively encourage women, minorities, and veterans to apply
