Develops BIM execution plan.QualificationsBachelors' degree, diploma, or 2-year certificate in a buildings-industry related discipline (e.g., architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC), civil, architectural).8 to 10 years of construction-related experience including 4 to 5 years of Virtual Design and Construction-related experience.Strong understanding of construction sequences.Strong understanding of and proven experience implementing construction technology.Ability to provide project model management.Intermediate knowledge of the building construction process and the various building components involved at each stage of construction.Ability to ensure the quality of virtual design and construction models from design and trade partners.Understanding of trade detailing and design workflows.Advanced ability to read and understand 2D and 3D construction drawings and specifications and translate 2D drawings and specifications into a complete 3D/4DBuilding Information Model.Advanced understanding and training in 3D modeling software.Experience with 4D scheduling software and planning tools.Ability to write a Building Information Model (BIM) execution plan.Experience translating project schedule and scope to create a VDC schedule.The estimated salary range for this role is $127,000 - $165,00 based on your experience and qualifications.
