- Prior experience in psychiatric healthcare, working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients. ● Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a nursing team. ● Certifications: CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) required within 30 days of employment. ● Patient-Focused Approach: Experience in patient assessments, treatment planning, and family engagement.
