Overview:

As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nursing department within our agency. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our clients and ensure that our agency is in compliance with all regulatory standards. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth and advancement within our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to the nursing department, including setting goals, managing staff, and developing policies and procedures.

2. Quality of Care: Ensure that all nursing services provided by our agency meet the highest standards of quality and are in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

3. Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff.

4. Budget Management: Manage the nursing department budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.

5. Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

6. Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for nursing staff and provide feedback for improvement.

7. Risk Management: Implement risk management strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.

8. Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments within the agency to ensure coordination of services and effective communication.

9. Compliance: Ensure that the agency is in compliance with all state and federal regulations related to nursing services.

10. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the nursing department and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and quality of care.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or related field.

2. Current and valid nursing license.

3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or management.

4. Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing services.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

7. Proven track record of providing high-quality nursing care.

8. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

9. Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.

10. Passion for providing exceptional care to clients and improving the overall healthcare industry.
