What You'll Do:
As the Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Services. You will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative care programs.
  • Mentor and empower nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, growth, and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote best practices in psychiatric and behavioral health nursing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) A foundation of excellence in nursing education.
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing Your ticket to making an impact.
  • Prior experience in Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health A deep understanding of the unique challenges and rewards of this specialty.

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required):

  • Leadership experience in Inpatient Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Health. If you've led teams in this setting, we'd love to hear about your successes
