Maintain organization and efficiency of the office environment. Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and internal communications. Coordinate daily operational tasks across multiple departments and businesses (construction, rental properties, non-profit). Perform basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks. Assist with marketing and branding tasks, including content creation and promotional outreach. Prepare documents and reports using Adobe, Excel, and Word. Utilize RedTeam and other project management software. Maintain digital and paper filing systems. Serve as a central point of contact for vendors, partners, and clients. Support HR-related administrative duties and onboarding processes. Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in an administrative or executive assistant role. Bachelors degree preferred. Prior experience in the construction industry is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), QuickBooks, Adobe, and project management tools like RedTeam. Bookkeeping, branding, and marketing experience are a strong plus. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with extreme attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Fast learner, self-starter, and capable of managing competing priorities.
