Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position supports the Advanced SOSA Tactical Radio Architecture (ASTRA) program, assisting in program management, systems engineering, analysis, development, integration, testing, and evaluation services through the Air Combat Command Federal Laboratory (ACC Fed Lab) in support of ASTRA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leverage ACC Federal Laboratory expertise for both existing and upcoming projects, ensuring robust engagement with operational warfighter clients. Utilize an instructor-level operational fighter background to enhance ACC Federal Laboratory initiatives.Develop and deliver technical content for formal interactions with government stakeholders and industry partners, including presentations and vital documents such as Implementation Directives, Management Plans, and Concepts of Operations.

Required Qualifications:

TS/SCI clearanceBachelor's Degree12 years of experience in Department of Defense OperationsSignificant involvement with military aircraft, either as a pilot with a minimum of 1000 hours of flight time or through substantial documented experienceExperience with the integration of autonomous systemsExpertise in integrating training systems with operational frameworksExperience with service-specific tests, weapons or test-pilot school trainingExperience within a Major Command environment led by a four-star general
