Pivot Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Industrial Wellness Specialist to drive our industrial wellness initiatives forward. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about promoting workplace safety and well-being.
About the TeamOur team is dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. As an Industrial Wellness Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Program Implementation: Develop and implement effective injury prevention programs that meet the specific requirements of each client site.
- Training and Education: Design and deliver engaging training sessions on topics such as ergonomics, job analysis, and post-offer employment testing.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program implementation and ongoing support.
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
- NATABOC certification, Board of Medicine licensure, and ergonomic certifications preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service-related fields or relevant industry experience.
