Insurance Specialist    About the Role We’re seeking a customer-focused Insurance Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This isn’t your typical call center position — you’ll be an empowered problem-solver helping policyholders navigate their insurance needs with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Pay Rate: $17/hour Location: Remote | Miami, FL (Waterford) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday What You’ll Do Handle 70–100 inbound calls daily from clients and policyholders, providing expert support in English and Spanish. Assist with policy inquiries, billing, endorsements, and claims while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Process and issue insurance documents such as policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations. Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies and process issues with accuracy and efficiency. Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously while maintaining service quality. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless support and resolution for customers.   What We’re Looking For 6–12 months of customer service or call center experience — preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong multitasking abilities and comfort managing high call volumes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and quick adaptability to new systems.
