Pay Rate: $17/hour Location: Remote | Miami, FL (Waterford) Schedule: Full‑Time | Monday–Friday Spanish Bilingual Required What You’ll Do Handle 70–100 inbound calls daily from clients and policyholders, providing expert support in English and Spanish. Assist with policy inquiries, billing, endorsements, and claims while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Process and issue insurance documents such as policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations. Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies and process issues with accuracy and efficiency. Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously while maintaining service quality. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless support and resolution for customers. What We’re Looking For 6–12 months of customer service or call center experience — preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong multitasking abilities and comfort managing high call volumes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and quick adaptability to new systems.
