This role will take on providing escalation support, training, campaign data analysis/interpretation and recommendations to the entire team. For this position we’re looking for candidates with: Bachelor’s degree is preferred or combination of education and experience Minimum eight years’ experience in an agency or client role responsible for digital marketing campaign execution and strategy, specifically focused on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display and OTT Campaigns Automotive digital experience is preferred Understanding digital media analytics for report generation and interpretation Ability to interpret and translate technical data into easily understandable terms Experience working with 3rd party vendors Project management skills Proven ability to solve complex problems and offer new perspectives for existing solutions Comfort working cross-functionally and having indirect responsibility In this role you will: Provide direct management of top-tier clients, along with supporting all clients as necessary as the paid search and digital fulfillment expert. Support scheduled and unscheduled team deliverables and projects as needed. Generate detailed and accurate reports for individual client accounts. Prepare for and attend internal meetings to keep teams up to date on Industry trends and new product opportunities. Provide escalation point, training, and support to internal resources, including Marketing Services, Account Management, and Sales teams.
