Our Analytics team is the engine that powers this mission, developing insights and harnessing data to drive every facet of our business. As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be a key player in our success, owning our core data, reports, and analyses that guide Executive-level decisions across the business with a focus on Operations. We’re seeking a talented, experienced senior analyst with a unique blend of critical thinking, programming prowess, and communication skills. What You'll Do Drive Business Performance : Own the suite of executive-level reports and dashboards that monitor our company's pulse. Develop root cause analyses to uncover emerging trends and present actionable insights to senior leadership. Unleash the Power of Data : Develop statistical models and analyses to tackle critical business challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and translate them into actionable insights. Champion Data Governance : Be the authority on our business metrics, ensuring quality and accuracy. Establish and maintain a robust framework for governing our data assets. Collaborate & Innovate : Partner with Mixbook's leaders to drive data-informed decisions across our supply chain and operations. Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new analytic techniques and tools to continuously elevate our data capabilities. What You'll Need Education & Experience : Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (eg, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics). 4+ years of proven experience in Business Analytics, ideally with a background in Consumer or eCommerce analytics. Technical Expertise : Expert proficiency in SQL and a visualization tool like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI. Bonus points for Python, dbt, or Looker experience.Expert problem solving skills. Leadership & Influence : A track record of influencing senior leaders with data-backed recommendations that drive strategic direction.
