Lead ServiceNow Engineer

Description We are currently seeking a Lead ServiceNow Engineer to join our remote team. The role focuses on configuring and developing the ServiceNow platform, implementing out-of-the-box capabilities and custom solutions that lay the foundation for our vision of providing secure, reliable, and resilient information systems to our users. The role would also include supporting integrations and platform software development, working across applications, delivering new functionality, developing innovative solutions, and supporting the entire development lifecycle. Developing, configuring, and implementing support for API, REST, and SOAP integrations within the clients ServiceNow instances will also be part of the working activities. #EasyApply Responsibilities Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services for ITSM modules of ServiceNow, including ITSM Standard modules, Flow Designer, Virtual Conversational Bot with MS Teams, CSM, and Service Portal Expertise in ServiceNow processes or business modules (ITSM &ITOM ITBM a bonus) Own and manage the integration of 3rd party systems with ServiceNow; MID server, web services (SOAP and REST), email, and other relevant integration technologies Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services Create or enhance various ServiceNow components such as business rules, flow designer, workflow, request catalog, client script, script include, UI policy, UI action, portal, UI macro, etc Develop and support software integrations( I.E PagerDuty, Intune, 3rd party inbound feeds) Load, transform, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems Utilize scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate tasks within ServiceNow Troubleshoot automation issues and find practical solutions to address barriers, enabling forward movement in the application lifecycle Deploy update sets to production environment following defined change control processes Complete any development and testing tasks related to ServiceNow releases Monitor ServiceNow performance and processes to stay within the stated KPIs Develop and customize the system to meet business needs Ability to work closely with the Management, Platforms & Product teams, to translate their requirements into deliverables within the ServiceNow platform Requirements At least 6 years of hands-on experience with the development, configuration, implementation, and support of production and non-production ServiceNow instances Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of developers, ensuring successful project outcomes Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, Web Services, etc.) and working in a SaaS environment At least 5 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, Java, and HTML are required ServiceNow Application Developer and/or System Administrator Certifications are required Demonstrated proficiency in using and managing APIs Knowledge of infrastructure services spanning servers, storage, network, security, and cloud We offer We gather like-minded people: Engineering community of industry professionals Friendly team and enjoyable working environment Flexible schedule and opportunity to work remotely within Poland Chance to work abroad for up to 60 days annually Relocation within our 50+ offices We provide growth opportunities: Outstanding career roadmap Leadership development, career advising, soft skills, and well-being programs Certification (GCP, Azure, AWS) Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning, Get Abstract, OReilly, Cloud Guru Language classes in English and Polish for foreigners We cover it all: Stable income (Employment Contract or B2B) Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan Benefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers) Strategically located offices featuring entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, fantastic coffee, and more Referral bonuses Corporate, social and well-being events Please, note: The set of bonuses might vary based on the role you apply for specifics will be discussed with our recruiter during the general interview We will reach out to selected candidates exclusively
