Job Family:Digital ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain SecretWhat You Will Do:Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.Lead the overall architecture design and development of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow development.Provide technical expertise and guidance to the ServiceNow development team.Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.Serve as the lead technical point of contact for clients on all matters related to ServiceNow.Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform testing.Lead platform upgrade activities including regression testing and reconfiguration.Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.What You Will Need:Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance.Bachelor's degree is requiredMinimum SEVEN (7) years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) and experience serving in an Architect role.Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine, Service Portal, and Scoped Apps.Experience guiding senior level clients on ServiceNow strategy and architecture.Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).Experience leading and mentoring junior ServiceNow team members.Well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct trainings.Experience working in an Agile environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands.Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.What Would Be Nice To Have:Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF)Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect certifications.General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.What We Offer:Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.Benefits include:Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision InsurancePersonal and Family Sick Time & Company Paid HolidaysPosition may be eligible for a discretionary variable incentive bonusParental Leave and Adoption Assistance401(k) Retirement PlanBasic Life & Supplemental LifeHealth Savings Account, Dental/Vision & Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsShort-Term & Long-Term DisabilityStudent Loan PayDownTuition Reimbursement, Personal Development & Learning OpportunitiesSkills Development & CertificationsEmployee Referral ProgramCorporate Sponsored Events & Community OutreachEmergency Back-Up Childcare ProgramMobility Stipend
