Through user acceptance and operational readiness testing, this team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for. BE PART OF THE CONNECTIONAs a Project Manager on the Business Integration team, you’ll manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through post launch management.WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOSTManaging day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projectsGaining consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and mitigation of any associated risksEstablishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standardsMeeting with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reportsTracking costs and performance, service levels, and other metrics required to meet goals and objectivesYou’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. On a given day you’ll manage project details, data collection, reporting, and communication to successfully drive project efforts. You’ll thrive in this role if you can manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, and develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired QualificationsExperience: Project Management: 2 or more years Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience Abilities: Communicate in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner; effective critical thinking skills; analyze and interpret data; knowledge and ability to use software applications including Microsoft Office and Microsoft ProjectHybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weeklyPreferred QualificationsEducation: Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum KGN355 2025-63636 2025 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
