BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Project Manager on the Service Transformation team, youll manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through implementation. WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST Managing day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects Gaining consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation Establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards Meeting with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reports Tracking costs and performance, service levels, and other metrics required to meet goals and objectives Youll work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. On a given day youll manage project details, data collection, reporting, and communication to successfully drive project efforts. Youll thrive in this role if you can manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, and develop strong working relationships with peers and project members. WHAT YOULL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Experience: Project Management: 2 or more years Education: Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent experience Abilities: Communicate in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner; effective critical thinking skills; analyze and interpret data; knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project Preferred Education Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
