Territory: Delaware, Maryland and Northern Virginia.The TM is part of the U.S. Dealer Sales team and adds value for Husqvarna and it’s dealers by cultivating a business relationship that facilitates each dealer’s growth, optimal performance, and success. The TM is also responsible for securing and developing new dealers that help meet sales and market-share goals for the territory. This position will plan, enhance, and measure the performance of assigned dealers, as well as service the assigned dealer base. This job regularly requires being in front of the dealers to present products, promotional programs, etc. Required travel is up to 60% with overnights required.What You Need to Know (Skillset):Develop a plan to increase company brand position in assigned territoryGain dealer commitment & ordersMake planned dealer-calls and chronicle the discussions and outcomes in CRMDemonstrate equipment and provide product application training. Able to lift 40-50 pounds to effectively demo product and set up trade showsFacilitate the success of sales, marketing, and promotional campaignsAcquaint dealers with the latest selling techniquesMonitor dealer inventory levels and drive business adjustments as requiredRepresent Husqvarna at trade, industry, and dealer showsWhat We Are Looking For:High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor Degree PreferredMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high performance sales environmentLives in a location within the assigned territory that the Company logically determines will best serve our customersPrior sales experience in industries that have shown dramatic growth and volume in sales, such as appliance, agricultural equipment, power tools, electronics, consumer durables, construction equipment, and/or powersports businesses preferredPrior dealer/distributor sales experience preferredProven sales performer with excellent negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to solve problems independently and transfer expert knowledge into practical solutions as part of maintaining a successful relationship with dealers and customersDemonstrated understanding of market positioning both from a financial and product viewpointLast date to apply:We are continuously accepting applications
