• A self-starter who can establish protocols and work with many internal and external stakeholders in creating a production workflow and workflows that support dependent teams
• Generates, researches, and pitches innovative ideas for integration
• Ability to adjust and adapt to a live studio environment, incorporate multiple elements in a live studio show
• Being comfortable in receiving and giving editorial and production feedback
• A strong understanding of different production departments, including sales, graphics and tape
• Facilitate communication and ideas with external production partners and crew
• Deep understanding of all Amazon sports content and how storytelling will be deployed across all relevant platforms
•Ability to earn trust and cultivate strong rapport with on-air talent
About the team
As part of a small, dynamic team where members wear many hats, the successful candidate should be comfortable working autonomously, often with minimal resources, and be willing to contribute beyond core production duties. This role offers a unique opportunity to help define Prime Video's live sports offering and shape the future of sports broadcasting on streaming platforms.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience as a creative executive and studio line producer.- Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development of live studio production and post production
- Experience working with other departments such as casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience developing content that is award nominated, or from a broadcast network or streaming platform- We are looking for a candidate with great flexibility, an ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a startup environment. A successful candidate is comfortable diving deep across multiple areas, possessing exceptional stakeholder and project management skills, and committed to fostering a positive working environment all while being comfortable working autonomously, often times with minimal resources. As a small team, we all wear many hats. As such, we expect this candidate to greatly contribute to roles outside of their production duties like improving processes, evaluating vendors, and administrative support.
