• A strong understanding of different production departments, including sales, graphics and tape
• Facilitate communication and ideas with external production partners and crew
• Deep understanding of all Amazon sports content and how storytelling will be deployed across all relevant platforms
• \tAbility to earn trust and cultivate strong rapport with on-air talent
About the team
As part of a small, dynamic team where members wear many hats, the successful candidate should be comfortable working autonomously, often with minimal resources, and be willing to contribute beyond core production duties. This role offers a unique opportunity to help define Prime Video's live sports offering and shape the future of sports broadcasting on streaming platforms.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience as a creative executive and studio line producer.
- Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development of live studio production and post production
- Experience working with other departments such as casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience developing content that is award nominated, or from a broadcast network or streaming platform

A successful candidate is comfortable diving deep across multiple areas, possessing exceptional stakeholder and project management skills, and committed to fostering a positive working environment all while being comfortable working autonomously, often times with minimal resources. As such, we expect this candidate to greatly contribute to roles outside of their production duties like improving processes, evaluating vendors, and administrative support.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
