Are you ready to join an innovative and experienced leading sales organization?Sales Focus, Inc., a global leader in Sales Outsourcing is looking for an Inside Sales Manager in their North Charleston office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing inside sales teams in various industries. The Sales Manager takes a program from its inception and the signing of the contract and guides it to its launch. Once launched, the Sales Manager continues to guide and direct the program, continually monitoring progress and all process and procedures. The Sales Manager is responsible for all growth within the program.The Inside Sales Manager guides the sales representatives by coaching, training, and providing direct instructions and assistance in client acquisition.Operational ResponsibilitiesClient KO meetingToolkit developmentRecruiting and StaffingProgram LaunchSales Staff TrainingDaily tracking and management of sales teamsPrimary contact between Client and SFIVerification of sales reps achieving KPI and Quotas Weekly calls and reporting to clients on achievements, obstacles, observations, and recommendations.Client SatisfactionProgram continuation and expansionWeekly operational meetings with SFI executivesSales QuotasMeet or exceed monthly team sales quotasConduct training for each of their sales reps continuallyManage your team to drive and develop solutions to close a sale by identifying and eliminating objectionsRequirementsMust have sales management experienceMust have call center experience in a sales or mgt role3+ years sales experience with a proven track record to meet or exceed goalsSelf-starting entrepreneur with exceptional management skills and great attention to detailPerksCompetitive Base plus CommissionAbility to accrue 2 weeks’ vacation10 paid major holidaysAbility to accrue health/dental/vision401K
