You’ll guide a team in developing and executing integrated multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, with the goal of acquiring and nurturing qualified leads to drive both new and expansion sales pipelines.  Responsibilities: Design and implement a robust B2B demand generation engine that seamlessly integrates all marketing channels to engage ideal customer profiles and buy committee personas Guide a team of demand generation professionals and BDRs, fostering their professional growth while developing their expertise and capabilities Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing programs across email campaigns, webinars, paid advertising, sales enablement, social media, and customer engagement initiatives Work closely with product marketing and content teams and regional demand generation managers to create optimal campaigns that resonate with target audiences Partner with sales leaders to align marketing strategies with company objectives and optimize lead quality and conversion rates Lead regional teams in analyzing campaign performance, extracting meaningful insights, and presenting clear recommendations for optimization Develop and execute partner marketing initiatives across a diverse ecosystem of relationships Manage the allocation of regional marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategy Qualifications: Prior experience in the cybersecurity landscape or working with cybersecurity personas within a SaaS/cloud-based business is a must At least 5+ years hands-on experience in building B2B digital marketing programs across multiple channels 3+ years of management experience leading high-performing, multi-discipline teams Enterprise-level demand generation expertise with strategic planning and account-based marketing capabilities Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team and personal KPIs Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent campaigns Excellent operational and analytical skills, with ability to derive meaningful insights from data Collaborative mindset with experience working across various business functions  Results-driven achiever with strong focus on objectives and multitasking skills Organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to multitask effectively Exceptional communication and listening skills, both verbal and written Prior experience with owning or managing SDR/BDR functions is preferred Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Zoominfo, Clari Groove and Full Circle is desirable Powered by JazzHR
