YOUR IMPACT

As a Senior Account Executive at OpenText, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your efforts will help businesses streamline operations, increase efficiency, and drive growth with our cutting-edge Content Management platform. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to shape the future of digital transformation and impact businesses globally. 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS


• Identify and research potential clients within specific industries or target markets through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' challenges, pain points, and goals, and determine how our SaaS solutions can effectively address their needs.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition and unique benefits of our SaaS offerings.

• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, overcoming objections and securing commitments from prospects.

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas, consistently driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.

• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and customers, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

• Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging and support in lead generation and onboarding.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to position our SaaS solutions effectively. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably selling SaaS or technology solutions.

• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

• A passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is a plus. 

Estimated Salary: $130,000 USD - $150,000 USD
