The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Battle Creek that are seeking Quality Supervisors. Ensure adherence to established quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Lead the investigation and resolution of non-conformances and customer complaints. Train, mentor, and evaluate quality inspection staff. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes. Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review. Facilitate and participate in internal and external quality audits. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D). Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a team of quality professionals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and using various measurement tools. Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA) preferred.
