This position is part of our hotel's leadership team, overseeing out Toast to Restaurant, Banquet operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction, quality standards and all state/health regulations are maintained. Food and Beverage Supervisor

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you will mostly be:

  • Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals
  • Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
  • Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices

  • Maintaining food and beverage equipment, facilities and stock levels to ensure exceptional guest and corporate experiences

What we need from you

  • High school diploma or General Education Certificate is required. Previous Food and Beverage experience is required.
  • Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
  • Multi-task effectively in a busy kitchen, restaurant, and public atmosphere
  • Compute basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • Ability to perform all food and beverage job responsibilities and operate all equipment.
