Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Battle Creek that are seeking Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily quality inspection activities and personnel.
- Ensure adherence to established quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate quality inspection staff.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes.
- Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Facilitate and participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D).
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a team of quality professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and using various measurement tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA) preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent certification
- Experience implementing or optimizing automated inspection systems (e.g., vision systems, CMMs)
