Facility ManagerSouthland Holdings is currently looking for an experienced Facility Manager / Building Supervisor to join our team in Grapevine, TX. This individual will be responsible for hands-on facility maintenance and upkeep, while also leading our front desk and custodial staff. The Building Supervisor will ensure that our buildings and grounds are safe, efficient, and well-maintained to support daily operations.ResponsibilitiesSupervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.Source, negotiate, and manage service contracts for cleaning, landscaping, and other building services.Schedule routine maintenance and build strong relationships with service vendors.Troubleshoot and resolve minor maintenance issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or larger projects.Conduct regular walk-throughs to identify safety hazards, repair needs, and overall building conditions.Implement and improve office policies, procedures, and systems.Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related concerns.Support company events, meetings, and visitor hospitality.Maintain inventory of office supplies and order replacements when necessary.Ensure compliance with all safety policies, building codes, and company standards.Collaborate with leadership and department heads on office space and resource needs.Provide back-up coverage for the front desk team when required.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required3–5 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities coordination, or office management.Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve practical maintenance problems.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Effective communication skills and the ability to lead by example.Benefits (Full-time):401K & 401K MatchingDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceLife InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Referral ProgramWeekly payrollBuilding Great Things.
