Trained using one of the world’s largest databases of patient conversations, DeepScribe empowers providers by transforming patient conversations into fully customizable, detailed clinical notes.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Travel Implementation Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical field preferably working directly with physicians, extensive experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), and be proficient in using various technologies, including mobile apps, iPhones, and iPads. In this role, you will travel to different healthcare facilities to independently lead training sessions and ensure the successful implementation of DeepScribe’s AI medical documentation solutions. The ideal candidate is not only tech-savvy but also an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships and providing clear guidance to healthcare providers. This role requires flexibility and a passion for improving healthcare through technology.Your Responsibilities Training & Implementation: Travel to various healthcare facilities (1-3 weeks at a time) to provide on-site training and implementation support for DeepScribe’s solution. Ensure healthcare providers are fully equipped to use the software effectively.Customization & Troubleshooting: Assist in the customization of DeepScribe’s note preferences to meet the specific needs of each healthcare provider. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the implementation process.EHR Integration: Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless integration of DeepScribe with existing EHR systems. Provide guidance on best practices for using DeepScribe in conjunction with EHRs.Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with healthcare providers and DeepScribe team, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Serve as the primary point of contact for any questions or concerns during the on-site training.Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback from healthcare providers to identify areas for improvement in the training process and software. Collaborate with the CSM team to deliver feedback.Travel: Willingness to travel extensively, spending 1-3 weeks at a time on the road, visiting various healthcare facilities across the US. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 6 months -1 year of experience in a training or implementation role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of the medical field and healthcare operations.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and other healthcare-related software. Familiarity with iPhones, iPads, and mobile apps is essential.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and environments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.Problem-Solving & Scrappiness: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time.Travel: Must be willing and able to travel extensively, with trips lasting up to 1-3+ weeks at a time per month. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in science or similar, information technology, or a related field is preferred.Certifications: Travel Scribe/Trainer certification, relevant certifications in EHR systems or healthcare IT are a plus.Experience with AI: Familiarity with AI-driven healthcare solutions is an advantage.
