Preferably looking for a candidate well versed in Clinical Reimbursement and Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) in the arena of rehab relating to Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathologist disciplines.  Multi-site management background is preferred but not required; must be Physical Therapist or Licensed Assistant, Occupational Therapist or Licensed Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathologist/CCC. Please review all qualifications below carefully.Job Position: Regional Director of OperationsJob Type: Full Time: Remote position although travel is requiredRegional Therapy Director Job Summary:This position provides extensive training, analysis, advice and consultation to the facilities and teams within his/her area of responsibility in the Northeast United States. Monitors, consults, and makes effective recommendations for changes and modifications to existing facility processes, systems, policies, and practices which will assure efficient, effective, and compliant rehab oversight and payment performance.Regional Therapy Director Job Functions include, but are not limited to:In-depth knowledge of reimbursement methodologies for therapy, specifically PDPM preferredProvides consultation, training, and support for assigned areaAnalyzes systems and processes to ensure compliance that federal and state regulations as well as company policies and procedures are followedWorks in conjunction with teams to resolve issues, endorse changes and conduct follow-ups to establish that recommendations are effectively implemented and monitored for appropriateness.Promotes compliance by performing periodic audits of assessments, supporting documentation, and other relevant data.Recognizes, advises, and promotes facility best practices and systemsWorking knowledge of Medicare rules, regulations, billing codesUnderstanding of HIPAA privacy rules and regulationsStrong ability to communicate with others, excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsRegional Therapy Director Qualifications:Therapist with completion of degree in from accredited program and licensed in the state of employmentThree to five years of clinical experience in a long-term care setting, which includes supervisory, administrative, or consultative capacitiesMUST HAVE prior multi-site management with a background in clinical processes, training, and mentoringCurrent knowledge of computer technology and systemsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance, yet successfully collaborate with teams internally and externallyExtensive knowledge of PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, compliance and eligibilityExperience with Net Health & Point Click Care documentation systemsBASED in NebraskaMUST have an Active Therapy license (PT, OT, SLP, OTA, or PTA)Enjoy all the advantages of a comprehensive package including full benefits and a competitive salary.
