JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTSCollege of Office of the President is seeking to hire part-time help.Job duties to include:Review student-athlete accounts to verify scholarship funding amounts and ensure compliance.Assess potential over-awards and consult with the Office of Student Aid as needed.Coordinate with the Office of the Bursar regarding refund inquiries and processes.Confirm and reconcile aid and refund amounts for student-athlete accounts.Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:Intermediate knowledge of financial aid records.Ability to problem solve and work independently.Compensation:The starting rate for this job is $./hour.BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCESEmployment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICSPursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 8, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
