Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This full-time, permanent position is a chance to make a real difference in the patients' lives at this facility.

Requirements

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice or eligibility to apply ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)Graduate Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) CertificationBasic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Responsibilities

Screening patientsPerforming evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plansDocumenting progress toward identified objectivesIf applicable, overseeing Clinical Fellowship Year Clinicians (SLP-CFYs) Developing and implementing new programs/techniques to enhance speech therapy services.Conducting patient and family educationDelivering quality speech therapy servicesPutting patient service firstPositive attitude and willingness to be a team player
