The AProductLifecycle Management team seeks critical thinkers adept at taking the initiative and working in an environment of ambiguity.This position willbe responsible forperforming data analysisand providing recommendations/business cases for scrap strategy andplanning.This positionwillbe responsiblefortwo key focused areas:Blends automation, data engineering,andanalytics,across supply chainsubject matter(inventory, demand, supplier…)and othervertical’ssuch as Finance,Purchasingand Engineering data Create and executetransformationinnovations and initiativesacross supply chain and other functionsfocusing on cost optimizations, inventory reductioninitiativesand revenue managementThe ideal candidate will possess a strong technical ability utilizing power automate flows, SQL, Python, Power BI, & KNIME to analyze data and create tools to improve existing business processes. This individual will gain an understanding of managing a part through the entire product lifecycle and be provided learning opportunities to CCA Supply Chain processes and data environments.What You'll Do (Responsibilities)Develop and install complex connected cross functionalkpis, thatmeasure’saccountability,timingand business impactsCreate andproductionizereports and toolsleveragingSQL, Python, & KNIMEthat spans all areas of supply chainDesign and createexecutive-level dashboards and visualizations using various tools such as power biAbility to understand impactand gapsof cross functional supply chain teams on the entire part lifecycleTaking the initiative to drive necessarychangein existing business processesAbility to sustain current reporting, team specific tools/systems and leading data insights and projectsLead and support innovation changes on current processes thatunlocksinsights into structural cost reduction opportunities, overall budgetimpactand strategiesSee opportunities for process improvements and data-driven transformationsDevelop strategies that cross multiple organizations and just as important gaining alignment to achieve both customer and enterprise goalsYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (required). Working knowledge and cross-functional experience in Operations, Finance, IT and or Supply Chain. 3-5+ years of applicable work experience based on the above descriptionKnowledge of data mining/analytics and tool creation (required). Experience and expertise w/ BI, SQL, Power Automate and Power Apps, Tableau Ability to determine technical requirements for tool building through engagements with stakeholders and meet project deadlines. Strong analytical and communication skills in gathering/validating data from correct environments and connecting it/providing supply chain insights and value. Knowledge of data mining/analytics, automation, visualization, and relational databases. Familiar working inside Oracle SQL Developer, Databricks, or a similar relational database environment. Ability to create meaningful insights from data and effectively communicate to peers & leadership. Embrace working in a fast-paced goal driven team with a culture for driving innovation. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) across organizations and leadership levels. Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with business partners to meet mutual goals. A curiosity to learn and challenge existing tools and processes. Ability to simultaneously manage projects and meet agreed upon deadlines. Demonstrated interpersonal capabilities working with multiple stakeholders who may have conflicting metrics and may ultimately require facilitating a compromise to reach the best solution. Thorough understanding of supply chain competing kpi’s to enable a collaborative environment focused on driving results and innovation Must have demonstrated knowledge of dealing with ambiguity to handle requests from an idea, to quantitative analysis, to a strategic proposal #LI-AP1 GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
