Training and Development Coordinator

General responsibilities The responsibility of the Training & Development Coordinator is to support the T&D function and team through coordination and implementation of agency-wide training, assisting the Training Specialist with execution of Financial Planning Academy, tracking/reporting of early productivity metrics, daily communication with new trainees, and scheduling of on-going development meetings.This is an entry level role supporting the T/D specialist. More specific responsibilities will include scheduling and calendaring, preparing speakers, setting-up training room, running reports in excel, tracking and communicating production results, social media posts, and general project management. Qualifications & Desired Skills Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required. Strong detail orientation and organizational skills Project management skills Skilled in Excel and tech-savvy in general Works effectively with people at all levels and builds strong relationships Effectively manages time to address multiple priorities at multiple levels Adaptable and can navigate uncertainty with confidence High-capacity, team-player with passion for helping others Effective written and oral communication skills Compensation: $47,000-51,000
