Want to be rare with us?We're currently seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead Copy operations for both new and existing client engagements. In this role you will be responsible for leading the creative work that is produced across a number of our accounts. This leadership role includes assigning teams, inspiring those teams to consistently produce exceptional concepts and strategically sound work. By working closely with account management, this role will ensure that our clients are satisfied with the quality of our creative work, the value of our services, and our responsiveness to their needs.What It TakesExceptional leadership skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other capabilities such as Account Management, Project Excellence, and moreParticipate actively in client meetings and maintain consistent contact throughout project life cycleManage workloads to maximize productivity of the copy team, ensuring that everyone is busy and billableHelp develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspirationWork with our Associate Creative Director of Art to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaignsManage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projectsEstimate copy hoursLead concept development and tactical planningProvide written and face-to-face feedback for annual performance reviews, as well as ongoing feedback throughout the year (written when requested)Identify and interview prospective creative candidatesLead the creative teams in development of concepts and execution of all projectsDemonstrate to clients that you understand their products and marketing challenges and are responsive to the strategic and creative needsRepresent the agency at client meetings and social events as appropriateStrong presentation skillsQualifications:Minimum of 10+ years of experience managing copy in a healthcare and/or life sciences agency environment is required.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required.Experience working across therapeutic areas is highly preferredPeople leadership experience is required.Proven client and project management experience is required.Ability to monitor team outputs, ensuring all edited materials meet client objectives.Experience working with emerging AI tools.Travel Requirements: While this role is remote, you may be asked to travel for key business meetings throughout the year with both clients and internal teams.Please Note: In order to be eligible for this remote job opportunity, you must reside within the country in which the position is posted.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,800.00 - $244,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
