Details Salary: $165,000 - $205,000 per year Location: Cincinnati area; team works across the USA and internationally Position summary Lead a talented group of creatives, taking complicated and licensed IP and transferring it to new products to meet client demand. This is a leadership role collaborating with leadership and brand creatives to guide projects from concept to final products. What youll do / Responsibilities Demonstrated portfolio with a creative IP focus Provide leadershipexperience leading others, working with leadership, and partnering with brand creatives Organize and optimize processes, including restructuring teams as needed Qualifications Strong portfolio focused on creative IP Experience leading teams and collaborating with senior leaders Ability to translate IP into tangible product concepts across licensing and brands Additional information A Bit About Us: We are the industry leader in IP-partnership when it comes to brands turning IP into products (e.g., lunchboxes, Halloween costumes, Funko, etc.).
